State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-03
This notice adds to our Privacy Policy for residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws — California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with equivalent statutes. Where this notice and the main policy differ, this one governs for those readers.
Rights and Requests
Rights include access to and confirmation of processing, correction, erasure, data portability, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising; and, in several states, appealing a refusal. There is no penalty for exercising them — service, pricing and access remain identical.
Selling and Sharing
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Where advertising is served, identifiers may pass to advertising partners, and that can constitute a ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ under California and other state laws. The opt-out route is Do Not Sell or Share My Information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.
Data Categories Involved
We may handle identifiers (IP, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity information (which pages of warmoldbones.com were requested, and when), and commercial contact data such as an email address where you chose to give one. It originates from your browser and from any analytics or ad partner operating on the site.
How to Exercise
Use hello@warmoldbones.com for any request under this notice. To opt out you can instead enable Global Privacy Control, which this site detects and respects without further action. Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
